what should I do in an emergency?

We want to ensure that anyone who visits our gyms, regardless of the time of day. 


Safety stations


All of our gyms have a safety station which houses a semi-automatic defibrillator and first aid kits for use if you or another member do suffer an injury or becomes unwell. 


Your gym location is also displayed on the Safety Station, so if you need to call the emergency services or use one of our help points just give the operator the gym’s what3words location.


Emergency call points


Our dedicated monitoring team will be remotely supervising the gym and will be happy to help. They are on hand 24 hours a day so if you need help, feel unwell or are generally concerned about your wellbeing then just give them a buzz via one of the red call points.
