How many times can I attend the gym in one day?

As many as you like — seriously. If you’re the type who loves a morning lift, a lunchtime blast, and an evening finisher, we’re here for it.


Members can pop into their gym as many times as they need in a day, as long as they’re keeping our gym rules in mind and using the space for training. Whether it’s double sessions, cardio top-ups, or just because you missed the pump… the doors are open.
