how do I cancel my monthly membership?

We're sorry you're looking to part ways! Are you heading somewhere new or looking for a change? Did you know that you can freezechange your home gym and membership type all on the member's area and our app without needing to leave? 


If you're still looking to leave please read below for the steps required depending on how you chose to pay. 


Paying by recurring card


If you pay by recurring card payment and want to cancel, our helpful Customer Service team will need to assist you via Live Chat. 


Paying by direct debit


If you pay by direct debit and want to cancel, all you have to do is cancel this directly with your bank. Your membership will end there and then. 


Your membership is terminated immediately once your direct debit is cancelled but if you’d still like access for your paid month just get in touch with us within 30 days and we can reinstate your membership.


Can I cancel at any time?
Absolutely. You can cancel your membership at any time. Heads up, if you're not planning on going to the gym within your next payment month, this will need to be done at least 4 working days before your next billing date as payment may still be taken but will not be refunded. However, you will be able to reinstate for the time you have paid by calling our billing team on 0300 303 4800.
