If you have received a parking fine, you may have overstayed the time allowed or forgot to enter your car registration details when entering the gym.
We don't have control over the parking at our gyms, so we can't influence any decisions made by the parking company. If you've received a parking fine but have followed the parking regulations, please use the appeal process provided by the parking operators as indicated in their letter. You will be able to access your gym visit information through the app to support your appeal.
