If your scheduled payment is unsuccessful, we’ll email you to let you know. We will automatically attempt to collect the payment again up to 2 times over the next 5-10 working days, which will include an additional £15 admin fee.
Made a change to your membership
If you change your membership plan, you may incur a £5 admin fee.
